Robin Souza
Robin has over 35 years of industry experience; including working with carriers, advisory organizations, and MGAs. She has extensive experience in underwriting, loss control, and program development/management. Prior to IPC she was the Product Development/Program Director for Bascule Insurance Services. Robin is a national presenter for IRMI specializing in Transportation and Agribusiness insurance education. Robin has also served as the Regional Vice President for the Internation Association of Insurance Professionals – Region VII and President for the local Fresno chapter. She began her underwriting career at The Hartford.
Dan Brink
Dan is a senior underwriter for the HNOA program as well as underwriting package business. He joined IPC in 2017 as a seasoned underwriter with experience in HNOA coverage.

Ashley Thomas
Ashley embarked on her career in the insurance business in 2017 as a CSR. She joined IPC in early 2022 as an assistant to the underwriters.
Carrie Zimmerly
Carrie brings with her 20+ years of experience as a CSR for insurance. She joined IPC in late 2022 as an assistant to the underwriters.
